2 · What P360 does
You upload an equirectangular 360° photo. We check it, slice it into tiles at several zoom levels, generate a preview image and a thumbnail, and give you a share link and an embed code so the panorama can be viewed in a browser without downloading the whole original.
There is a free plan and there are paid plans. What each one includes is set out on the pricing page, and nothing here obliges us to keep offering any of them.
Professional is a monthly subscription, charged in US dollars. It renews each month on the day you first subscribed, and each renewal charges the card or UPI mandate you set up at checkout, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page: nothing more is charged, and the plan keeps working until the end of the month already paid for. If a renewal payment fails and is not fixed within seven days of the end of that month, the account moves to the free plan. We email an invoice for every charge, and your invoices stay on your account page. Payments are taken by Razorpay, who handle the card or UPI details directly — we never receive or store them. What we keep is the payment reference, the amount, the currency and which plan it was for, so that both of us can account for it later.
